FEE SCHEDULE*

  1. Retaining Fee: = $ 3,000
    Payable upon execution of Agreement. Fees for goods and services provided by K.W. Reagles & Associates, LLC, are billed against Retaining Fee.
  2. Hourly Service Rates:
    1. Kenneth W. Reagles, Ph.D., for non-testimony activities,
      including waiting time. = $ 330/hr.
    2. Kenneth W. Reagles, Ph.D., for testimony
      (depositions, hearings, courtroom):
      Less than 4 hours in the same day = $ 3,000
      More than 4 hours, all in the same day = $ 5,000
    3. Kenneth W. Reagles, Ph.D., travel time. = $ 185/hr.
    4. Paralegal/litigation research assistance. = $ 185/hr.
  1. Miscellaneous Charges
    Charges for miscellaneous expenses, including charts, shipping, postage, long distance and fax charges, mileage, parking, airfares, hotel room, meals, etc., are charged at actual expenditures. Copy service is billed at $.75 per copy, including labor.
  2. Fee and Payment Policies:
    1. Agreement must be signed and payment of retaining fee paid
      before work begins;
    2. Disclosure of Dr. Reagles’ involvement may not be made without a duly executed Agreement and paid retaining fee. Violations of this policy will be considered a serious breach of professional ethics. Moreover, any person making an unauthorized disclosure of Dr. Reagles’ involvement will be subjected to a minimum charge of $3,000.
    3. Urgent matters, i.e., when completion of report is requested in three weeks or less from the date of the Agreement, will incur a surcharge of 20% of the hourly rate, i.e., at $395 per hour.
    4. Payment of invoices is to be within 30 days of the date of the invoice; unpaid balances will incur a charge of 1.5% per month.
    5. Fees for testimony shall be paid in advance, based upon an estimate of the time required for such testimony. Time in excess of the estimate will be billed upon completion of the testimony, along with related expenses.
