Tina Leatherland joined the staff of K.W. Reagles & Associates in February 2004. Tina attended Massena School of Business where she received an associates degree in business administration. She then studied accounting at Potsdam State. Tina has also completed several business management courses at State University of New York at Binghamton. Tina subsequently worked as a retail manager for eight years where she managed a company's top ten volume store, as well as trained other managers, opened new stores, and assisted in organizing district and regional events. She then became employed as a salon spa manager for five years where she more than tripled the company's growth and staff. Tina's knowledge and extensive experience in business, retail, and management has been a beneficial asset to our company.
Tina’s principal role in our firm is that of scheduling and case manager and her duties include:
- Primary liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and clients;
- Organization, coordination, and oversight of work production to ensure stringent deadlines are met;
- Vigilance of each case to ensure that all records are obtained and the appropriate action is taken to produce thorough, accurate reports;
- Scheduling and coordination of office calendar, including trial and deposition testimonies;
- Preparation for trial, including organization of case file documents, preparation of charts for Dr. Reagles’ use in testimony, and the production and transmittal of questions to guide his testimony; and
- Various other administrative duties consisting of the acquisition of detailed information of case intake, receipt and correlation of documentation; correspondence, invoicing, and the like.
