| > | Dr. Reagles on November 8, 2003, presented a seminar at the annual conference of the Forensic Section of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in San Antonio, Texas. His presentation, “The Valuation of Household Production” is an elaboration of the recently published research review of the literature concerned with alternative strategies for appraising the value of household work, as well as documenting the need for home aide assistance in life-care plans. Dr. Reagles on February 11, 2003, lectured to Syracuse University Law School students enrolled in Adjunct Professor, John Cherundolo’s Esq., class, Advanced Torts. Dr. Reagles’ presentation was entitled “Economic Damages in Tort Actions” and included the rationale for determining elements of economic loss in personal injury and wrongful death actions. Dr. Reagles also introduced the law students to Article 50, New York State’s controversial legislation concerning the structuring of future economic damages. |
